Fully Automated System
INMEET^Pro is designed to run on its own. Following the customization and setup process, INMEET^Pro will utilize the provided data to begin receiving submissions, process submissions, process payments, compile and send to reviewers, process reviewer's grades, and allow data to be prepared for the publisher. In addition, real-time reports keep you up-to-date on what's going on. INMEET^Pro will automatically email authors to confirm new submissions or modification to their submissions.

Text /Document Submissions
Whether it is a text-only or full document submission, INMEET^Pro is able to handle both. For abstracts without charts, graphs, or tables, authors can simply type their document into a text field. INMEET^Pro provides a preview page for authors to view their submission and edit where necessary. For document submissions, authors can just browse, select and upload their documents online for review.

Edit/Preview Function
No one is perfect. That is why we allow authors to review their entire submission before they finalize. All character and symbol conversions take place before the preview screen appears. This ensures that the submitter will be able to spot any irregularities. The way the abstract appears in the preview screen is exactly how it will appear in the publication.

Report Generation
Standard system reports, customized reports and statistics all keep you informed of the status throughout the process. Keep tabs on the number of submissions, make sure your reviewers are keeping pace with grading and monitor the registration status of each submission in real-time.

Email Notifications
Notify authors of the receipt of their submissions, changes they made to the submission, upcoming deadlines, notification status, and keep presenters up-to-date on conference programme by sending them customized email notices. Precious resources can be saved with the email notification feature. Communication with authors and presenters can be done using with very little of your time.

Online Review
Reviewers are sent only the abstracts they have been assigned to judge. After logging into the system they can read each abstract online or print them out. When they choose to Accept, Reject, or Assign a Grade to an abstract, they simply enter it into the system and results will be auto-tabulated for quick final decision making.

Online Registration
INMEET^Pro was designed and optimized for secured online payments (through WorldPay). Offline payments by cheque or bankdrafts can also be handled by the system. Registration forms can be customized to meet your conference registration and information gathering requirements.

Registrations are linked to submission details to ensure that the correct abstracts/ papers are registered by their respective authors/co-authors. The system can even import submission data from other conference submission softwares, thus allowing organizers the flexibility of using their own submission software but collecting registration payments via INMEET^Pro.

Centralized Database
All data/information submitted online is housed in a central database, which is accessible online and can be downloaded into excel format. The database can be sorted, filtered and searched, which allows you complete flexibility in attaining the information you seek. The centralized database also eliminates the administrative process of having to update multiple databases when there are changes in submission or registration details.
