INMEET^Pro was designed and optimized for online submissions and secured online payments (through WorldPay). The registration pages are created with standard, default fields and forms.  Upon consultation, we will customize these forms to meet your conference registration and information gathering requirements.

Registrations are linked to submission details to ensure that the correct abstracts/ papers are registered by their respective authors/co-authors. The system can even import submission data from other conference submission softwares, thus allowing organizers the flexibility of using their own submission software but collecting registration payments via  INMEET^Pro.

We understand that some authors may prefer to pay by cheques, or they may be hesitant about online credit card transactions.  Such individuals can still register online and then mail in their payment.  Online invoices can be printed and attached with payments to ensure that the correct submission is registered on time for it to be scheduled and published in the programme.  Similarly, online receipts can be printed instantaneously when payment is completed.
