Following your call for abstracts / papers, INMEETPro receives submissions, processes and stores them in one central database, ready for review.  After review and acceptance, the registration system is opened for receipt of payment and tracking of the registration status of each submission. Finally, the system can help distribute approved abstracts / papers to a publisher / printer for publication.

Organizers can choose to use the submission and registration systems in tandem with each other, or independently.  The beauty of INMEETPro is that the 2 systems can work independently to support other conference software that you may have previously purchased or specially developed in-house for your conference.
